Delivery:
We dispatch orders every weekday. We aim to dispatch items within 48 hours.You will receive an email when your goods are dispatched. If there are any delays we will let you know. Please ensure the delivery address is complete and correct as we are unable to re-send an order not delivered if the address provided is incorrect.
Return Policy:
1. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by email or phone if you wish to return unwanted items for a refund.
2. We need to receive these items within 30 days of that order, and you will be refunded by the method which you paid. Include your name and address, the code numbers and the order or invoice number with the returned items.
3. We recommend that you retain a ‘Proof of Posting’ from the Post Office as we cannot replace items ‘lost in the post’.
4. we do not refund the postage for unwanted items returned nor exchange returns for different items.
5. We will refund the postage costs on any faulty goods or items sent in error.
6. Wrong address, not picking up the package, the full purchase price will be refunded, but not the postage costs.
7. All returned merchandise must be sent in its original container/bag, and in a completely unaltered state.
8. Return shipping will be paid by Buyer.
Cancellation :
1. You are entitled to cancel your order at any time up to 7 working days of placing your order.
2. To cancel, please e-mail or phone us.
3. If you cancel your order after it has been posted, or after receipt of your goods, you must return them to us in the condition they were sent at your cost. We will then refund less the cost of our postage charge.
